The organization now has 20 full-time foreign teachers from the USA and the UK; 5 working in Shaoguan subsidiary. They have gained great reputation in the English teaching area. As the company is currently in the process of expansion, they are looking to hire some Philippine teachers to start an after-school program for students from kindergarten to high school. The program focuses on teaching practical English through reading, writing, and speaking in English. The teachers have the unique opportunity to teach in a more closed environment, working as solo teachers with one to five students per lesson. This setup is perfect for English teachers who like to focus on the needs of individual students.

Requirements:
1. Nationality: the Philippines
2. Degree: Bachelor degree or above
3. Position: English Teacher
4. Contract Period: 1 year
5. Certificates: TEFL, TESOL and CELTA are preferred
6. Be professional in all aspects of behavior, a team-player, flexible, cheerful and energetic.
Job Description:
ESL teachers teach in the company training center or public schools, helping young students achieve academic success through structured English classes, activities and field trips.
Students’Age: Kindergarten and primary school (3--9), middle school (10--15), high school (15--18), adults (preliminary English learners)
Duties:
1. Teaching ESL—English as a second Language
2. Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development
3. Supervising test and exams.
4. Counseling students.
5. Participating in the company’s programs including English Corner
6. Other tasks assigned by the organization in his/her working hours, including meeting.
