Job Description:  ESL teacher in high school

1.     Teaching: Submitting semester plans, setting teaching targets and delivering all-English classes.

2.     Communicating: Participating in department meetings and staff meetings, conducting effective communication with colleagues, maintaining sound relationship with parents, and providing feedback on students' academic performance;

3.     Supporting: Participating in school management, publicizing, supervision, among others.

RMB 300 per lesson for teaching beyond the maximum contract load

 

Bonus

Paid after whole contract (depends on yearly performance appraisal schemes);

Maximum 1.5 months’ salary.

Education Allowance

Maximum of RMB 60000 per year per child, maximum 1 child

From 2nd semester of employment

Settling fee

RMB 5000 provided at the beginning of entry and deducted from 3rd month’s salary

 

Holiday/Sick leave

Paid holidays: China public statutory holidays; Winter/ Summer Holiday pay 50%;

Sick leave: maximum of 7 days of paid sick leave in each school year

Winter holidays: 3 weeks

Summer holidays: 6 weeks

Flight ticket

Maximum of RMB 8000 for round trip tickets, RMB 4000 each for one-way ticket

Leaving employee after 1.5 years’ contract: employer pays for return ticket

Travel allowance

Local travel arranged by the school; Each year reimburse 2000 yuan for travel allowance;

Reimbursement according to personal travel receipt (train, air-ticket, hotel receipt)

Employee healthcare

Medical insurance provided.
