Program Highlights-Excellent salary: 12,000 – 17,000 RMB (ESL teachers) 
-Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off

Main Responsibilities-Maximum of 17 teaching hours per week
-Monday to Friday classes with evenings and weekends off
-student ages: 6 – 15 years old
-Deliver learner centered, engaging lessons to students
-Ensure equal participation of all students
-Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner
-Actively participate in professional development workshops and activities
-Attend school activities, parties and other events
Compensation-Salary: 12,000 – 17,000 RMB per month for ESL teachers (depending on qualifications)
-Free accommodation provided by the school or 3,000 RMB housing allowance per month
-Interest free loan on arrival if required
-Contract completion bonus: 4,000 RMB
-Contract renewal bonus: 2 – 3,000 RMB
-Airport pickup
-Flight allowance: 5000 RMB at the end of each semester (twice in a year)
-Over 3 months holidays per year including all national holidays (full pay during winter break, basic salary plus housing allowance during summer break)
-Legal ‘Z’ work visa provided
-Health insurance provided
-Free trip every month
-Free Chinese lessons and teacher training every week

Requirements-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,South Africa or Ireland
-Bachelor’s degree
-120 hour TEFL certificate required 
-Teaching experience preferred but not required as we provide full training
-Clean criminal record
-Professional, positive and culturally aware
