Main Responsibilities-40-hour work week (Monday to Friday) with weekends off
-Able to commit to 2 year contract
-Plan lessons and activities that are age-appropriate and captivating
-Be the primary Counsellor for one age-group of pre-schoolers (20 to 22 per class)
-Lead students for the whole day’s learning and playing with one assistant’s support
-Create a warm, lively and safe environment
-Communicate with parents at scheduled venues (interpreter provided)
-Decorate and maintain classroom according to monthly theme
-Organize school events to promote CKC
Compensation-Excellent salary: starting at 18,000RMB/month (negotiable depending on qualifications and teaching ability)
-11 days national holiday, 5 days paid personal leave plus 10 – 12 weeks paid holidays
-Assistance finding accommodation
-Legal ‘Z’ work visa
-Basic Medical Insurance provided
Requirements-Bachelor’s degree or above in early childhood development, education or related fields
-TEFL certificate required 
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand
-2 years teaching experience required
-Desire and able to love, manage and educate young lives
-Hardworking, high energy, and easy-going with adventurous spirit
-Committed to the contract lengths and terms, and determined to be professional
