???Requirements for teachers:
1. Native English speakers from United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa
2. A Bachelor’s degree or above in any field
3. A TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate
4. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience or no experience is needed as long as you have a teaching qualification
???Benefits package:
-Basic salary: From 11,000 RMB up to 20000 RMB per month (circa £1200-£2200/$1600 – $2900, the total package can range from 19000 to 25000 RMB (£2100-£2700/$2700 -$3600 (including the below extras)
-Bonus system including contract completion bonus: 9,000 RMB, bonus for successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping and new teacher recommendation, quarterly evaluation bonus: 300 to 1,000 RMB depending on the performance,
-Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour

???Main duties:
-Teaching English to various age groups (mainly KG/Primary level), Provide demos to new students
-Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop as required
-Handle all class sizes from 1 on 1 to groups (mainly class sizes are from 4 to 6 kids)
-Five working days per week including weekend as and when required, Working hours per week: up to 35 (22 teaching + 13 non-teaching)
