Description:
1. Starting Date: ASAP
2. Students: 2-6 years old
3. Working hours: 8:30-4:30pm?
4. Working days: Monday to Friday;
5. The location of the teaching: Shui cheng Lu Station, Line 10?
Dong Jing Lu Station, Line 6
6. The number of students: Max 15-20 students;
7. One year contract.
Package:
1. Monthly salary: for native 18-23k/net, open for negotiation;
2. Working lunch will be provided;
3. A work visa (Z-visa) will be provided;
4. Private Medical Insurance;
5. Annual performance bonus (up to RMB10000);
6. Retention Bonus of RMB5000, upon signing of 3rd Annual Contract;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above (Notarized/Authenticated);
2. Native English Speakers only;
3. TEFL or TESOL Certified (Notarized/Authenticated);
4. Minimum 1 year teaching experience (Preferred);
5. Non-criminal Record/Police Clearance(Notarized/Authenticated);
position (2)
1. Oversee the daily operations and maintain centers in good working and learning environment.
2. Assist and provide advice for the kindergarten setup process.
3. Ensure effective planning, Student progress, Teaching Quality assessment and recording throughout the Kindergarten in conjunction with the Chinese principal’s requirements.
4. Lead the teacher team and supporting staff.
5. Provide up-to-date syllabuses and teaching material to the children where needed.
6. Full understanding of health and safety, hygiene needs to maintain a clean, healthy environment.
7. Communicate with parents where necessary.
8. Plan and conduct appropriate activities for children.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree holder in any discipline (education preferred)
2. Foreign citizenship from Native English Speaking countries
3. Knowledge and understanding of various approaches to bilingual education and learning.
4. Experience in managing education institutions.
5. Motivated and Focussed individual.
6. Strong leadership and management with excellent project management skills.
7. Based in Shanghai.
Salary
22k-25k + extra bonus per month
