We?re looking for confident, enthusiastic educators who are native or near-native English speakers with a clear, neutral accent. You?ll need to be between 21 and 70 years old, hold at least an Associate?s degree (Bachelor?s degree preferred), and have reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps), a quiet teaching space, a computer, a webcam, and excellent lighting to ensure crystal-clear video lessons.
Availability is key?please commit to a minimum of 4 days per week, with a total of 20 lessons weekly. We especially value availability during peak hours: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM Beijing time, when students are most eager to learn.
