**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Lead Innovative Research:** Design, develop, test, and validate new technologies for efficient waste disposal systems.
2. **Non-Standard Machinery Optimisation:** Analyse existing machinery designs to identify areas of improvement and implement innovative solutions using Solid-works expertise.
3. **Production Line Renovation:** Utilize finite element analysis skills to optimize production line layouts, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements:**
1. **Education:** Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Materials related subjects is required. A master\'s degree will be a strong plus.
2. **Skills:** * Proficient in Solid-Works (CSWP certification preferred)
* Experienced with AutoCAD software
* Master of finite element analysis skills is highly desirable
3. **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related fields, preferably in the environmental protection machinery industry.
4. **Certifications:** * Familiarity and holding a title of intermediate engineer (preferred)
5. **Language Skills:** Fluent in English language.
**Nice to Have Qualities:**
1. Experience with 3D modeling software
2. Knowledge of CNC machining or similar manufacturing techniques
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, MATLAB
