Beijing - The China State Council announced that it has eliminated Tsui Ying-Wai of the Secretary of Affairs Secretary of the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong Government.
The decision was made on February 24. According to the Basic Law of HKSAR of the People's Republic of China, and based on the suggestion of the executive director of HKSAR Carrie Lam.
