Tenants have made various degrees of structural modifications for the building, but the exact cause of the collapse is under investigation.
More than 700 people from fire departments, emergency management and public security have joined rescue efforts.
The entire building is about to fall as it receives pressure from the collapsed parts. Therefore, rescuers have urgently reinforced it and have relocated nearby residents due to security concerns.
