General position details:
Work at public elementary or junior high schools alongside Japanese teachers.
Contract Duration: 1 year Contracts are renewable year upon year
Work days: Monday to Friday
Work hours: 8:30 16:30 times may vary slightly depending upon location
Compensation: Starting at 220,000yen to 240,000 yen monthly depending upon experience and Japanese language ability.
Transportation expenses: Up to 15,000 per month provided on top of the base salary.
Insurance: Social Insurance applied. 50 of which is paid by OWLS. Includes health insurance, national pension and employment insurance
