Kindergarten teacher needs ONE female ESL teacher.

Primary school teacher needs THREE, English teachers.

Middle school teacher needs two, math and science. 

1. Qualifications

1.        Native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK and Australia are preferable.

2.        Bachelor degree or above, teaching certificates are necessary for primary teacher and middle school teachers  *(PGCE or IB)

3.        Background in subjects including but not limited to math, physics, chemistry, biology, IT, English literature, social studies, business, etc. *

4.        Teaching experience above 2 years is preferable.

5.        Good command of communication skill

6.        Passion for teaching and experiencing different cultures

7.        Good health and friendly personality

2. Salary:

1.        Salary scales for program teachers are based on teachers’ educational background and work experience as bellow: 

2.        250000RMB/year (before tax ) as starting point and 10000RMB/year (before tax) added with the increase of work experience/year. The maximum salary is 320000RMB/year (before tax).

3.        The contract is 12 months among which work months are little less than 10 months, 2 months are holiday months.

3.  Benefits

1.        Work Visa and Residence Permit: The school will arrange work visa and residence permit for the teacher. 

2.        Medical Insurance: The school offers Ping An Health Group Medical Insurance.  

3.        Airfare: To reimburse 2000 US dollars for the teacher’s economy class round trip airplane ticket upon completion of the contract. 

4.        Housing Accommodation: The School will provide a furnished apartment with furniture and appliances. From the continuous second contract year, the school can offer renting allowance.

5.        Teaching Bonus: Range from RMB 2000-7000 based on teaching evaluation results at the end of school year

4.  Workload

1.        30 teaching periods (40 minutes per period) are the full weekly workloads (from Monday to Friday, except for holidays).

2.        Work in the office for at least two hours per day Monday through Friday.
