About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Art Teacher to join our team at Shenzhen. As an Art Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the artistic minds of our students.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of the art curriculum, and the ability to inspire creativity and critical thinking. You will be responsible for designing engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a nurturing environment for artistic growth.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement art lessons in alignment with the curriculum.
* Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and develop the art program.
* Assist the Head of Teaching or Subject Leader in managing and developing subject resources.
* Support the Student Assistance Team as needed.
* Ensure professional conduct and ethical behavior during duty and responsibility.
* Participate in staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field.
* 2+ years of experience teaching Art.
* Strong knowledge of the art curriculum and pedagogical techniques.
* Ability to create engaging and interactive art lessons.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for teaching and inspiring artistic growth in students.
* Familiarity with educational software and tools.
* Proficiency in English.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for professional development and event participation.
