The ELA teacher reports to the Director. Main responsibilities include teaching English Language Arts or related courses, including but not limited to ELA (English Language Arts), EAP (English for Academic Purpose), and English Writing. Additionally, they actively participate in curriculum development, teacher training workshops, and academic affairs meetings organized by the school and department, provide guidance and support for students, participate in student admissions processes and marketing activities, and guide student organizations.
