Responsibilities?
1. Prepare and deliver English lessons and student club activities;
2. Prepare and submit appropriate teaching plans;
3. Assess students’ work and provides feedback;
4. Attend staff activities in order to be up to date with educational policies and special procedures;
5. Maximum lessons: 20 per week (40/45 mins)
6. Office hours: According to schools’ arrangements;
7. Students’ age: 3-6/ 6-12/ 12-15/ 15-17 year-old;
8. Class size: 40 +;
9. Must be willing to be involved with school life.
Selection Criteria:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Over two years of teaching experience or Possess an English teaching qualification such as TESOL, TEFL, ESOL, CELTA or PGCE etc;
3. Non-criminal background check;
4. Deliver lessons focusing on English speaking, reading, writing and listening skills using an appropriate level of English language;
Compensation:
1. Monthly salary 10,000-17,000 (in RMB yuan);
2. Housing allowance 3,000 (in RMB yuan)?or off-campus shared accommodation;
3. Social insurance; ? Public holiday;
4. Summer or Winter holidays with basic salary;
5. Reimbursed residence permit, and obligatory medical check-up;
6. Regular teaching training supplied by Haida and your school;
7. TEFL in China course available free of charge to Haida staff (conditions apply);
