Age of students
l Mostly from 5-9 years old, a few from 10 to 14 years old.
Duties
l Class size: 20 to 35 students each class with a Chinese assistant teacher
l Working time: 8:20am to 11:30am, 2:00pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
l 40 minutes each class, no more than 25 classes each week
Allowance (from the school)
l Free accommodation: the school will rent a two-bedroom apartment in upscale residential quarter, with good furnished facility. You will have your private bedroom and need to share public area with another foreign teacher.
l Salary is from RMB13,000 to RMB18,000, depending on ability and experience
l Half salary during summer break
l Free meal on working days at school’s dining hall
l Fully paid on Chinese public holidays
l RMB 8,000 flight reimbursement upon completion for one-year contract
