Classes are divided based on age and English ability with the hope of both increasing efficiency and making it as easy as possible for the teacher to handle. Many classes are team taught with a Japanese teacher. Teacher training provided. Classes are given in Ube City in beautiful Yamaguchi Prefecture the place for beaches, mountains and great food. The duration is for a year but can be extended indefinitely.
