60 days full salary in winter vacation, 30 days full salary in summer vacation, 2 days off on weekends every week, no more than 20 class hours per week, 8 hours per day.
About 15k after salary tax, the school provides single apartment, three meals a day on weekdays are free, return/return air tickets are subsidized, contract renewal bonus is 5% of salary every year
