Our ideal candidate will encourage and assist in the development of students? English competence by developing, monitoring, evaluating, and improving the kindergarten instructional program.
As part of this endeavor, our suitable applicant should be able to research, attend, promote, and implement professional development opportunities while increasing teaching standards for all teaching staff (both Chinese and English staff). This includes working collaboratively with the leadership team in regards to effective school operation, positive school environment, and recruitment and retention of both staff and students.
The successful candidate will have a salary between 50,000 - 70,000 CNY per month. The location for this position is Guangzhou. As Foreign Principal, your role is not only about leading but also teaching the kids to achieve their full learning potential in English competence.
This job requires you to be an effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a deep understanding of kindergarten operations. You should have experience working collaboratively with leadership teams before.
