To promote effective teaching and learning opportunities to stimulate children’s learning potential - To encourage and assist in the development of students’ English competence - To develop, monitor, evaluate and improve the kindergarten instructional program - To research, attend, promote and implement professional development opportunities - To increase the teaching standards of all teaching staff (both Chinese and English staff) - To work collaboratively with the leadership team of the kindergarten in regards to effective school operation, positive school environment, and recruitment and retention of both staff and students
