Division / Department: Kindergarten Preparatory class for ages 5-6

Reporting to: Runze International Principal

Direct Report: Kindergarten Director

Class size: Less than 20 students per class

Work schedule: 5 days per week, two days off

Location: Beijing

Effective Date: Feb. 17^th, 2020

Overall Description:

Teaching English and content-oriented lessons in English.

Job Requirements:

1. Native English Speaker (from US, Canada, UK, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australian).

2. Bachelor ‘s degree in education, art or language.

3. At least one year of teaching experience.

4. Pleasing personality and enjoy working with children.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement the English Structured Lesson. This includes lesson plan, reflection, and monthly review.

2. Perform English area activities/small group English activities. Monitor and observe children’s English language development.

3. Greet parents and children upon arrival at the Kindergarten’s main entrance.

4. Participate in school-related marketing and other special events. Suggest multi-cultural activities for children and their families.

5. Be responsible for enhancing the Kindergarten’s English environment.

6. Establish harmonious relationship with all the Kindergarten staff. For example, have lunch in the Kindergarten and join yearly outing.

7. Provide mentoring for the new English Foreign teacher.

8. Conduct informal English conversation lessons for the Chinese teachers.

Salary and Benefits:

1. Work visa provided
