Job Description:
About Recruiter:
1. Native English Speaker.
2. Bachelor's degree or above (major in Education/Early Childhood/Psychology is preferred, relevant educational qualification certificate is preferred).
3. At least two years of teaching experience with young children.
4. Preferable ability to teach Phonics/Picture Book Reading/Arts/Music/PE.
5. Enjoy staying with kids, energetic, patient, responsible.
6. Eligible for work visa.
Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum and the needs of students by providing relevant teaching methods.
2. Manage classroom procedures and student behavior.
3. Create an environment of respect and collaboration.
4. Document students' learning reviews and assess them to improve mentally and academically.
5. Participate in school-wide teaching activities.
6. Support and communicate with parents.
