**Your Impactful Role:**

* **Curriculum Architects:** Design and develop innovative, standards-aligned lesson plans across **Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology** (grades 6-12). You’ll go beyond rote learning, creating engaging, hands-on, and inquiry-based experiences that make abstract concepts tangible and exciting.
* **Master Educator:** Deliver dynamic, high-energy instruction across up to **25 rigorous 45-minute class periods each week**. Your classroom will be a hub of active learning, where students solve complex problems, conduct experiments, analyze data, and explore the wonders of the natural world with confidence and enthusiasm.
* **Expert Assessor & Mentor:** Conduct timely, fair, and insightful assessments of homework, lab reports, projects, quizzes, and exams. Your feedback will be specific, constructive, and designed to drive student improvement and foster a growth mindset.
* **Student Success Champion:** Offer dedicated **Office Hours and Review Sessions** to provide personalized academic support. Watch students overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
* **Collaborative Innovator:** Work closely with a talented team of educators and administrators to continuously enhance our academic programs, share best practices, and foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning.
* **Steward of Student Progress:** Maintain meticulous and accurate records of attendance, grades, and individual academic progress using our digital systems, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
* **Parent Partnership Builder:** Proactively communicate with parents and guardians through regular updates, reports, and meaningful conversations, building strong partnerships focused on student success and well-being.
* **School Community Contributor:** Attend essential staff meetings, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and participate in school functions to strengthen the school community.
* **Quality Assurance Partner:** Play a vital role in preparing the school for and supporting **Ministry of Education of Ontario (MOE) and official Vietnamese education agency inspections**, ensuring our programs meet the highest standards.

**The Ideal Candidate:**

* Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related STEM field, with a strong teaching certification (Ontario or equivalent).
* Proven excellence in teaching Mathematics and Sciences to students in Grades 6-12.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to create engaging, student-centered lessons and assess learning effectively.

* Strong organizational skills and proficiency with digital record-keeping systems.
