Responsibilities:
- Represent Microsoft and communicate with Microsoft Cloud customers in APGC region.
- Manage relationships with multiple customers, partners and collaborate with MS people.
- Document incidents, report customer suggestions and technical issues to Microsoft.
- Resolve technical problems encountered by Microsoft Office 365 customers.
Work Schedule:
- Office work from Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with one hour of lunch break.

- Good English written and oral skills.
- Interest in IT.
- Fast learning (Technical skills are NOT required, will be obtained during the trainings).
