Responsibilities: Homeroom/Pastoral: 1. Attendance at Home room period at the beginning and end of the day; 2. Attend to students' needs during the class time; 3. Help students solve problems; 4. Monitor students' behavior; 5. Maintain order in the classroom; 6. Prepare lesson plans; 7. Deliver lessons; 8. Assist teacher in managing discipline and maintaining order; 9. Take care of students' safety and health; 10. Teach students according to their different learning styles; 11. Organize and manage class activities; 12. Cooperate with colleagues to carry out various educational activities; 13. Participate in training and research activities organized by the school; 14. Complete tasks and assignments assigned by the school; 15. Other duties as assigned.
