Job responsibilities?
1. Oversee our Facebook ad acquisition marketing efforts and response for ROI
2.Develop ad strategies; monitor performance and optimize
3. Optimize ad performance with constant new visual/slogan tests
4. Track, analyze, and report out key performance metrics constantly and put into reports for future business analysis
Requirements?
1. Bachelors or Masters in Marketing or Business
2. Experience optimizing growth funnels including Facebook and Google, and achieving goals
3. Three years experience in Facebook/Google ads. Preferably with successful case studies
4. Familiar with oversea consumer behavior
5. Good English in oral and written
6. Demonstrated excellent project management skills and communication skills
7. Proactive in trying to achieve goals. Think independently
