**Responsibilities**
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities
* Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives
* Participate in departmental meetings, training, and professional development activities
* Establish and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment
* Develop and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and the broader school community
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant subject area
* Teaching certification or licensure
* Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
* Proven track record of excellent teaching and learning outcomes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Familiarity with IBDP and DP curricula (for relevant subjects)
