Hello! My name's Artyom (M). I'm not a native speaker, yet hold 8 years (in total) of a relevant experience in teaching. Well, my case is: I'm from Belarus. It's a small country in Eastern Europe. When I'm trying to apply for a job even when it's written that non-natives are accepted there's an error occurs saying that my nationality doesn't fit. What should I do in such a case?
