Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in Cambridge IGCSE A Levels Chemistry and Biology, keeping up to date with curriculum developments and best teaching practices. Deliver high quality lessons to maintain excellent academic standards and student achievement. Incorporate regular practice with past examination questions and provide hands on laboratory practical sessions to develop both knowledge and skills. Monitor, assess, and record student progress set meaningful targets and adjust lesson plans accordingly. Provide timely reports on student performance for the Principal and parents. Engage in professional development training to continually improve subject knowledge, teaching skills and strategies. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, parents, stakeholders and school community. Participate in staff meetings, training workshops, and parent consultations as required. Uphold and adhere to the school's policies and procedures, including Child Protection, Safeguarding, and Health Safety.
