Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching Excellence:
? Deliver high-quality instruction for grade 2 or 4 students.
? Develop engaging lesson plans that foster curiosity and love for learning.
2. Classroom Environment:
? Maintain a well-organized, positive, and productive class environment
? Ensure effective classroom management through the use of appropriate teaching strategies
3. Curriculum Design & Implementation:
? Create meaningful activities aligned with curriculum goals.
? Develop creative approaches to presenting material in an interesting way for students.
4. Parental Engagement:
? Communicate effectively with parents on student progress and achievements
? Facilitate open dialogue through regular parent-teacher meetings
5. Student Assessment & Feedback:
? Assign homework that complements classroom learning.
? Mark assignments thoroughly, providing constructive feedback to enhance understanding
6. Administrative Tasks:
Prepare comprehensive school reports for each student in your care.

? A degree in Education or related field
? Teaching certification (preferable)
? Proven experience with elementary education
