The Shanghai Shaw Academy is a new American High School operating in Shanghai and looking for a Founding Principal. The Founding Principal will report to the Shaw Academy Foundation, supported by Concordia University Chicago, and is responsible for the leadership, internal organization, management, and development of the program. This is a full time role that requires a minimum off a 2 year commitment.
Requirements

A Master’s degree and accredited teacher certification with International Teaching Experience

Minimum two years of senior management experience in the education field

Experience in leading and managing a team

Knowledge and understanding of the K-12 secondary curriculum

Experience in working with governors/boards/education authorities
