About the Role:
We're looking for a talented and experienced Foreign Director to join our team. As a Foreign Director, you'll play a crucial role in managing our foreign teacher team, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality instruction and support the overall success of our kindergarten.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Manage the foreign teacher team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
2. Operational Coordination: Ensure smooth operations of the kindergarten, including coordination of cultural development and curriculum implementation.
3. Teaching Support: Provide training and professional development opportunities for the foreign teaching team, helping them improve their teaching skills and effectiveness.
4. Marketing and Communication: Assist in conducting marketing activities and communicating effectively with parents and stakeholders.
5. Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain standards of kindergarten international culture courses, ensuring they meet the needs of both children and parents.
Requirements:
1. Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the education industry.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in preschool education.
3. Qualifications: Holds a kindergarten teacher qualification and a principal qualification.
4. Language Skills: Proficient in English communication and expression.
5. Work Ethic: Demonstrates strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
6. Age Limit: Not older than 45 years.
