We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our growing team as a Native English Tutor, IELTS Instructor, and Kids Tutor.
**Role Responsibilities:**
- Teach English to students of varying ages, including adults, children, and teenagers.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons that cater to individual learning needs.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language skills.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective learning strategies.
- Develop and implement effective teaching methods and resources.
- Attend training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Actively participate in professional development activities and community events to maintain a fresh perspective and stay informed about the latest language learning trends.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in English, Foreign Language, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience teaching English to students of varying age groups.
- Strong fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with teaching methodology and curriculum for English language education.
- Ability to adapt and tailor teaching approach to different student levels and learning styles.
- Experience with teaching English to children and teenagers.
- Knowledge of IELTS exam preparation and teaching methods for English language tests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to help students achieve their language learning goals.
**Salary:** $10,000 - $20,000 per month
